Having a family celebration?

You can book our facility as follows:

​

Up to 200 people in a sit down layout. Coffeemaker, tables and chairs available.  Please bring your own glasses, plates, cutlery, napkins, table decor, etc.  You are responsible for your own food.

WITH OUT ALCOHOL:

Cost is $50.00 per hour.

 

WITH ALCOHOL:
Cost is $400 flat rate. All parties must end by 11pm and require an EGCC rental contract accompanied with a  deposit  of $100.  Your deposit will be returned to you on the day of your rental; your rental is to be paid by cash, credit or debit the day of the meeting.

Alcohol Service:
Parties of this nature can serve beer &/or wine under an LGCA No Sale Permit*.  It is up to the renter to obtain the permit.  Permits can be applied for online or in person at a Liquor Mart or Private Wine Store.

*Applying for an LGCA Social Occasion Permit at EGCC does not constitute a booking.  Please do not apply for your permit until you have an EGCC rental contract.
