Events/ Birthdays / Functions/ Anniversary Parties -with Alcohol
Having a family celebration? You can book our facility as follows:
Up to 200 people in a sit down layout. Coffeemaker, tables and chairs available. Please bring your own glasses, plates, cutlery, napkins, table decor, etc. You are responsible for your own food.
Cost & Deposits:
Cost is $400 flat rate. All parties must end by 11pm. All parties require an EGCC rental contract accompanied with a deposit cheque of $100. Your deposit will be returned to you on the day of your rental (provided there is no damage); your rental is to be paid by cash, credit, or debit the day of the meeting.
Alcohol Service:
Parties of this nature can serve beer &/or wine under an LGA No Sale Permit*. It is up to the renter to obtain the permit. Permits can be applied for online or in person at a Liquor Mart or Private Wine Store.
