About Ride & Play
Ride & Play is a program offered by Earl Grey Community Center that provides an indoor play area for caregivers and their children aged 0 to 5 years at just $4/ child. We are open on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 9:00 am to 2:30 pm September through June, 9:00-12:00 in July and August .We also provide weekly crafts to help engage and stimulate children's creativity. At Ride & Play, we believe in fostering a safe and welcoming environment for all families to come and play together.

During wet weather and winter months, footwear is removed at the entrance/common room. You are welcome to wear indoor shoes or slippers. There is stroller parking in this area as well.

We have a snack area and request that all food remain in that area to keep allergens on toys to a minimum. As well, encourage children not to bring toys there. If they do, please place the toys in a "slime bin" so they can be cleaned. Please use the slime bins if anything has been mouthed as well.

The Bouncer is for children 5 and under only - sorry, that means no adults (unless it’s a rescue mission)! Other rules are posted - but most importantly, please supervise your child(ren) and talk to a supervisor if there are any problems.
At 11:30 and 2:00 we clean up for ball-time. At 11:30, we quickly tidy and put ride on toys to the side before bringing out the balls, basketball hoop, hula hoops and ribbons to play and dance with for the next 20 minutes. At 2:00, we pull most toys in front of the toy room before balls etc. are brought out.

In a Pinch?
We have an Emergency supply of diapers as well as cold gel packs because accidents can happen. If you have any other needs, please ask a staff member for assistance.
